If you write to us (email, phone, or the forms on this site), we receive the details you send so we can reply. We do not sell that information.

Analytics and tags, if enabled in the site configuration, may record standard usage data. We are not using contact-form data to train fall-detection models.

Product cameras

There is no live Ilonai camera product collecting resident video through this website. Any future installation will need its own notice and consent.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you from this website and ask us to delete it, subject to Swiss law. Email info@ilonai.ch.
