What this sensor does
A one-page explanation for the person in the room and their family. Print it if you like. This describes the product we are building. It is not a finished legal notice for a live installation.
What it is for
To notice a possible fall when nobody is in the room to help, and to alert a person you have named in advance.
What it is not for
It is not so family, staff, or Ilonai can watch you live. It is not to record your conversations. It is not to score your sleep, bathroom visits, or how you spend the day.
Who can see an image
On a normal day: nobody. No picture leaves the home.
If the system thinks you may need help: one confirmation image can go to the designated guardian or caregiver. A short clip can stay on the local box in the home, not as a public cloud video.
Who is responsible
Until a contract says otherwise, Ilonai (Zug, Switzerland) is the company building the system. For a real install, this page would name the responsible person on site and how to reach them.

How to say no
Nobody should be monitored without consent (or a legal representative’s consent). You can refuse. A wearable button is a different tool with different limits.
Honest status
This system is in development. A first home pilot is being prepared. It is not a certified medical device.
