Pilot program
We are preparing a first real-home pilot. We are not running facility pilots today, and there is no commercial installation product.
A pilot is a labelled trial of a system still in development — not a certified, finished product, and not a guarantee of detection performance.
What we are trying to learn
The point of a home pilot is evidence, not a sales demo. We want to measure things families actually feel:
- false alerts per home per month
- missed events, if any
- night and awkward-angle performance
- whether the confirmation-image flow is understandable
- whether the box stays up, and whether heartbeats match reality
- whether installation stayed simple (dedicated network, not fighting home Wi-Fi)
The Evidence page lists the full metric set. We will publish what we get, including uncomfortable numbers.
Who a first home pilot is for
Likely a good fit to discuss:
- someone living independently in Switzerland (or nearby) who wants automatic help without a live family camera
- a family that understands this is research-grade hardware and software
- willingness to give structured feedback and to accept that the system may fail, false-alert, or be taken down for updates
Not a good fit yet:
- a facility that needs a nurse-call integration and an SLA this quarter
- anyone who needs a certified medical device
- anyone who wants live viewing “just in case”
Facility pilots, if they happen, come after we have learned from homes. Scaling PoE across many rooms is a different operational problem.
What a participant should expect
- Written explanation of what the cameras do and do not do (see the plain-language privacy explainer)
- Consent, including who may receive a confirmation image
- A dedicated local network for cameras and the AI box — not “install our app on your Wi-Fi”
- The right to stop and have equipment removed
- No claim that footage will be used for model training unless you give separate explicit permission
We cannot honestly promise dates, room counts, or “30-day money-back commercial terms.” Those belonged to an older, over-confident version of this website.
How to register interest
Use the contact form and say whether you are a household or a care facility, and where you are.
We will not present a waiting list as if pilots were already running.
After the first working install
Then we can photograph a real room (not a CCTV wall), show the actual local stack, and — when it exists — a real guardian-alert screen. Until then, illustrations on this site are conceptual.
